Q: How do I print the instructions?
A: Simply double click on the photo and it should pull up a pdf file that you can print out. If you do not have a pdf reader already installed you can download one for free at adobe.com

Q: What kind of  paper should I print on?
A: It’s really up to you .  However keep in mind the higher quality paper you use, the better print quality you will get.  I prefer white presentation paper or matte photo paper.  If the project requires a certain type of paper it will tell you in the instructions.  There are a lot of fun mediums you can try such as transparency paper (for clear overlays), textured paper or card stock is great for inking, clear label paper makes great stickers (Avery carries full sheet clear label paper), and I love using different colors to print on.  My favorite is off-white or tan.

Q: Does my printer need to be on a certain setting?
A: Once again it is completely up to you.  Just remember the higher the ink setting the better quality print you will get.  I almost always print in presentation quality.  It takes a little bit extra ink but the difference in the quality really shows.  However, if you are printing multiple pages (such as s0me of the journal projects) you can print the insert pages at a lower or normal setting.

Q: Can I make copies and share them with a friend?
A: I would rather you just shared the link.

Q: Can I use these projects at craft events or for church gatherings.
A: Yes.  However, I would appreciate it if you also shared my site.  My info is listed on most of the instruction sheets.

Q: Do you ever speak or teach at events?
A:  Yes.  I do both.  I can do so for groups over 30 people.  Because of time contraints I am limited to only 2 events each month.  If you have questions please contact me at kristine@kmckaydesigns.com

A: YES!  I’d love for you to pass it on simply include my link please : )
Q: How can I get site updates.

A: Honestly, the best way is to become a face-book friend.  Once you are accepted you will receive an invitation to kmckaydesigns.  Each week you receive a quick email and link the new project of the week.  I also LOVE to stay in touch with fellow crafters.  It is a fun way for me to get to know you. You can also subscribe to the feed at the bottom of my h0me page and every time there is a new post you will  be notified.

Q: Do you take submissions?
A: YES!  I’ve even shared viewer submissions on air.  I love to see what you are doing . .  . less face it  . . . many of you out there are far more talented than I am.
