Hi Heidi,
I used scrapbook paper. If you are making multiply copies or printing from a home printer, it is easier to use a laser printer to avoid the ink running.

I’m wondering if I did Tin Wall hanging, if there was another cute way to attach the ribbon. I don’t have the puncher, so do you think it would be fine and look okay to just glue each end of the ribbon to the back of the hanging?

I just used patterned paper to create the insert and I punched a hole in the case with the crop-a-dile by we-r-memory keepers, set an eyelet and then threaded ribbon through. If you have any other questions just let me know : )
